Werks Reunion Amelia Island 2020 - GORGEOUS RARE PORSCHE'S

Werks Reunion Amelia Island 2020: THE place to be if you want to see the most beautiful grouping of air cooled Porsche's and water cooled Porsche's ever. Join me for this video as I share with you footage of the event, interviews with the owners of several special air cooled Porsche's as well as my overall thoughts about how Werk Reunion Amelia Island compares with other Porsche events I've attended in the past. Frankly, I think you may be surprised about my opinion. Regardless of whether you agree with my thoughts about Werks Reunion Amelia Island 2020, if you're into classic Porsche's or modern day Porsche's or both, Werks Reunion Amelia Island is a must-see bucket list experience for any Porsche enthusiast. Background: I drove my Porsche 993 911 from North Carolina to Florida and back over the course of 3 days to experience Werks Reunion Amelia Island 2020. I put literally almost 1000 miles of seat time in just to bring you this footage. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Why? Because it not only gave me time to bond with my Porsche 993...it also gave me the chance to see some things in the Porsche world that I hadn't yet had the chance to do. Before attending Werks Reunion Amelia Island, I had never been to a concour-type event. And, while it was definitely an eye-opening Porsche event for an air cooled Porsche fanatic (and overall Porsche enthusiast) such as myself, I did walk away with mixed emotions. Watch this entire video to get my verdict on how Werks Reunion Amelia Island compares to other Porsche events. Watch this episode and get upfront insight from 3 classic Porsche owners as I interview them about their cars. I do a walk around interview with the owner of a backdate 1978 Porsche 911SC, the owner of a beautiful Cassis Red 1987 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera and also the owner of a ridiculously built, bright orange Porsche 930. The channel is the result of my deep passion for air cooled Porsches, my interest in the air cooled Porsche community, my obsession with modding, improving, buying and selling cars in general and my desire to put myself out there on YouTube and share these passions with other enthusiasts. As I continue to build this channel, I'll be adding more cars to the mix, and will likely branch out beyond the German sports car genre as is the case with this video. Why? Because I LOVE cool collector cars and as my interests morph and change, so will this channel. As of the date of this video, the collection includes a 1995 Porsche 911 993 Coupe, a 1986 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Coupe, a 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo, a 2000 Toyota Landcruiser and....a 1993 Toyota Landcruiser FZJ80 (no they're not German but they've been bucket list vehicles for me so they're now in the collection). Das Renn Treffen 2020 - AMAZING Porsche Event in Miami, FL

In this video, you'll join me for a tour of Das Renn Treffen 2020 in Miami, FL. Picture this. Stunning air cooled Porsche 911's and water cooled Porsche 911's parked everywhere. Hundreds - if not thousands - of Porsche enthusiasts. Beautiful weather with temps in the mid-70’s. That's what this Porsche event was like. This was my first ever trip to Das Renn Treffen and man, was it worth it. When I decided to go to this famous Porsche event, I had been told it was like no other. I first heard about it from some people I met at an air cooled Porsche meet I went to awhile back. These guys talked this show up so much that I didn't know if Das Renn Treffen could live up to the hype. But, after experiencing this famous Porsche even, I can say it was like nothing I've ever been to before. I'm not sure about the exact car count, but I would guess there were at least 250 plus choice Porsche 911’s. If you dig this video, please give me a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel! I'll be covering more and more Porsche events like Das Renn Treffen, so you definitely do not want to miss future episodes. The Porsche models that were represented at Das Renn Treffen included: * Porsche 3.2 911 Carrera * Porsche 930 * Porsche 964 * Porsche 993 * Porsche 356 * RUF Porsche's * Porsche Taycan It seems to me that every time I have the opportunity to go to a Porsche event such as a Porsche rally, Porsche show or anything like that, I end up just falling in love with these cars even more. And, after seeing the creative air cooled Porsche mods that the enthusiasts at the show have done to their cars, I am now resolved to jump into modding my own 1995 Porsche 993 911 and my 1986 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera....or maybe even getting a turbo Porsche 911 ;-) I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the event organizers. It must have taken an enormous amount of work to pull Das Renn Treffen off and the logistical planning capabilities of these folks is impressive. This not-for-profit Porsche event that benefits the City of South Miami Parks and Rec Department is not one to be missed. If you are an air cooled Porsche or water cooled Porsche fan and have the chance to attend Das Renn Treffen in the future, I highly recommend you check it out! ***************************************************************************** About My Channel: Rennthusiast (formerly Bavarian Enthusiast TV) is for the most part a Porsche 911 channel centering on experiencing air cooled Porsches, but will also feature other vintage, analog vehicles I add to the collection.
